It consists of three phases and is designed to teach a foundational understanding of the basics of Psychology and to apply those learnings to create lasting change in everyday life. You will discover how your mind works and how you can let it work for you instead of against you – following the principle of “don’t give a man a fish to feed him for one day, but teach him how to fish and he will eat for a lifetime”.

The tools and techniques used in sessions are borrowed from solution- and client-focused therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, coaching, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and are rooted in (Positive) Psychology.
Part 1
Designing the Journey ahead:
Aspirations and Personal Evolution
During the initial phase we focus on clarifying what you truly want, what gives you energy and what you value, and we create a personalized roadmap for change. Through guided exercises you will embark on a journey of personal growth.
You will also find out who you need to become to create the change you desire and you will discover powerful inner resources to help you succeed.
Part 2
Master your Mind
and get in Control
The human mind is a powerful thing. It distorts what we see and hear and it lets our past experiences influence our present behavior.
In this phase we will “clean your perceptual lens” so that you can see situations more accurately. You will learn about different ways to influence your thoughts, your emotions, your feelings, and your behavior. For example, we design personalized mind hacks to trick your mind and create change.
We will also look at what you “feed” your mind, to make sure it helps you create the change you desire. You will understand what drives you and how motivation works. In the process you get to know and learn to control your Inner Critics and we replace self-limiting believes with more helpful ones. You will develop your growth mindset and learn to take responsibility instead of being a victim.
Part 3
Change your Behavior
Change your Results
This part of the program is where the real work happens and the fun starts. We will work on developing specific skills needed to succeed, like the skill of taking action. By doing things differently, you will think about yourself differently, and vice versa. Your self-image will evolve and your results will change.
In this phase we also pay extra attention to creating a supportive environment to help you succeed and we design accountability structures to support you in keeping up your good work.

Program information
Session Format: each session consists of a combination of the following:
- Interactive lectures and discussions
- Practical exercises and activities
- Reflections and sharing experiences
In between sessions fieldwork will consist of a combination of the following:
- Completion of weekly assignments and reflections
- Recommended readings, videos and/or recordings
- Depending on your needs and goals, further courses or continued practice may be recommended for sustained change
The program can be tailored to a certain degree, the minimum duration is three months/six sessions
